Alfa Romeo 4C will be Launched in Geneva Motor Show

Now has come the Alfa Romeo 4C, and will be launched at the Geneva motor show next March before the sale later this year, and has been studied by Autocar. The source has confirmed that the new sports car at an advanced stage of development and is set to remain true to the concept first seen at last year's Geneva motor show. This car will be powered by a new aluminum version of the Alfa turbocharged 1742cc petrol engine, producing around 300bhp. A claimed curb weight of less than 1000kg mid-engined 4C will provide a power-to-weight ratio in its class today.


4C can send power to the rear wheels through a gearbox six-speed dual-clutch automatic, which would be a source has confirmed only transmission offered on the new sports car that has been available today. On the styling and proportion is also expected to keep faith with the acclaimed 2011 concept. Although intended to be an attractive global car, the 4C will be built only in Italy. The production will not be limited to a certain amount so that can be owned by everyone.
