Not long ago Bugatti chief executive Stephan Winkelmann has made a decision to curb rumors that the company is working on a Bugatti SUV. He himself said that "an SUV will not be fair to the brand or its history".

This was revealed when Winkelmann spoke at Bugatti's 110th birthday celebration. Despite the rumors of SUV rejections, Winkelmann confirmed that the company will release a "further model" which will be proven this year with "a few surprises". Winkelmann has also confirmed the celebration tour to commemorate Bugatti's founder Ettore Bugatti.
